Cat Clarke Demonstration: Sunday 25th in the Victoria Theatre - 11.00am

Cat Clarke is a chef and educator known for her fun, accessible, and down-to-earth approach to food. She runs Chef Teacher Cat Clarke, a catering and events business that celebrates local produce and native Australian ingredients through private dinners, corporate events, and hands-on cooking experiences.

Cat recently opened a restaurant at the Dimboola Golf Club, where she creates seasonal menus inspired by the region’s incredible produce and bush foods. While she’s stepped back from full-time teaching this year, she still shares her passion through special classes and school visits when invited—continuing her mission to inspire the next generation of cooks.

Returning to Sovereign Hill, Cat is excited to combine food, history, and storytelling once again—bringing a modern twist to traditional flavours in a way that’s both educational and delicious.
