I want to acknowledge that the recipes that have been created and produced with bush foods, that this has been on the traditional land of Wotjobaluk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaia and Jupagalk peoples. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land. It is an honour and privilege to pay my respects to Elders, past, present and emerging and to give thanks for their knowledge, generosity and guidance for caring for country.
